Josiah Drake Caldwell

Our precious, and dearly loved son... Josiah Drake Caldwell was born July 8th, 2013 at 5:22 AM.  He breathed, loved and brought us unspeakable joy for 38 hours.  He was being held and loved by his mother and father when he peacefully left this world.

“The pain reminds our hearts, that this is not our home.  It is not our home.......”

We believe with all our hearts that he is rejoicing, with a whole body, in the presence of all the saints.  He is in the precious arms of Jesus.

He will be dearly loved and missed and always a part of us.

With Love,

Chad & Amanda Caldwell

  1. Our hearts are grieving with you. Praying the Everlasting Arms are holding you tight and causing hope to rise up.

    1 Cor. 15:54 - When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

    John 11:25 - Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;

    Romans 8:35-39 - Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:
    “For your sake we face death all day long;
    we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
    No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  2. I can't imagine how your heart must heart so deeply right now, Amanda. We are praying for you guys, and rejoice with you that Josiah is with Jesus. We pray that you feel peace that can only be explained by that fact, and by the presence of our Heavenly Father in your hearts. Hugs to you guys, and we'll continue to pray.
